I love the credit union, that's not the problem at all. Always had nothing but a positive experience. The problem is the new updated app- I can never log in, it just spins to oblivion and I have to use a computer to use my online banking. I had never had issues with the old app. Don't fix what's not broken.

I will never do business with these people again. Customer service is zero. Got a loan they never notified me of the account number after signing...called daily for 2 months on hold no less than 1 1/2 per call..only got rude people who refused to some issue. Nightmare!!!! Waste of time go with resource 1 credit unión, they have better ratos and Customer service.
Were very sorry that your replacement cards were mailed prior to your recent address change. New cards were mailed out to you after your recent call with us and should arrive at your new address soon. We apologize for the frustration and thank you for your membership with Advancial!
In person staff is amazing, but Ive never spent less than 30 minutes on hold when calling, even for a simple question. We still dont have new debit cards for ours that expired in September, despite 3 emails (I dont have the time to wait on hold two hours to get a card to use my own money).
