Your ordered on a Sunday of a bank holiday. So your order would not be processed until Tuesday we then have 3 to 5 business days for delivery as per out Terms of sale. So we had until next Tuesday to complete the contract of sale. We unfortunately had 2 members of staff off not well so your order was not processed on Tuesday. We had a auto message that went out to all our customers to keep them in the loop and have today managed to process all delayed orders. Yours was one of them. The fact you cancelled is your decision. As for your comment about repeat local business. 90% of our business is repeat business from our happy customers. We are sorry we have not been able to make you a happy customer.

Ordered timber on Sunday evening for delivery that week, it was a bank holiday on the Monday. I had tradesman booked for the following weekend to complete some work for which the timber was required. Late Wednesday evening (3 days after ordering) I received a message from the company stating due to staff illness they hadnt dealt with any orders that week and therefore mine was delayed. I messaged back to say not a problem as long as I have it by the weekend. They then say they cant deliver by the weekend it would be next week. If they had just let me know earlier I could have ordered locally and had it delivered in time but couldnt do this at such late notice. I have now had to put the tradesman off. Wont be using this company again but have learned to keep trade local (not online) as at least they rely on repeat local business and therefore do what they say.

I now use cost2build to order materials for my husbands business, can supply materials for competitive prices even quicker than you're usual suppliers such as jewsons etc. first class speedy service. will use very often now.

We had a outstanding online service from Cost2Build Trade Store on Ebay. We ordered 15 sheets of OSB late one evening and it was delivered with 36 hours. The delivery driver even protected it from the rain by offloading it onto timber studs to keep it off the ground and fully wrapping it up with tarpaulin. Without doubt would use this company again. Top Marks all round.
