I bought a BMW from another dealer and bought an extended warranty from BMW on my CPO vehicle. I have been going to Norwood for service as it is closer. They have repaired a few items and each time told me they were not covered. They also told me that i need transmission service on the car. I have since gone back to dealer I purchased car from. The items I paid out of pocket for were covered, it seems they never even checked. Also, my car doesnt need transmission service. The fluid is meant to last for life of car. Dont get service here. I would give them a 0 if I could

Went in at 7 am for an oil change that I was assured would be a quick un and out. I was there for over 2hrs and then they tried to sell me on $1500 worth of service that was not needed, and I only know it was not needed after I took my car to another bmw dealer and they assured me it was not needed. Needless to say I will never be returning or recommending this dealer.
