I must say salesperson was great...only issue being we wasted money on extended service program that we were told covers all fluids first set of pads and rotors, wipers and plugs. Me working in this field myself for 38 years figured it was reasonable even at parts Being at my cost and labor . I had asked specifically if this was done no matter what because I would never agreed . Well next service is due and supposedly that bs maintenance program is expired and we didn't recieve what we were told. Got to watch fine print . Unfortunately only dealer around with that specific model.
I went In to have a recall done on my vehicle on my computer and next thing I know all my dash lights were On. I brought the car back in for them to to a diagnostic test. Not only did they charge me for there screw up ,but they didnt find the issue. I was waiting over 4 hours with no updates. I would not recommend going to this dealer the service is terrible.
