Do not use this company. They do not file permits on time or check emails to keep track of additional information needed from the city. Submitted incorrect/partial information Delayed our project by 4 weeks. They never answer the phone. Completely Non-responsive. UPDATE: AFTER THEIR AUTO RESPONSE BELOW I CALLED THEM AND THEY STILL HAVENT CALLED BACK.
