To clarify, Tee-Rex specializes in screen printed and embroidered apparel. There was a regrettable decision and a special exception was made to try and help this customer in his efforts of creating a prototype product. The supplied materials were not capable of withstanding the minimal temperature to cure the plastisol inks involved for screenprinting and caused the material to shrink. Days after taking delivery, the customer wanted us to reprint the materials at no charge, we explained our policies (see following notice) After the customer became irate, and threatened us with malicious acts, my business partner Cesar & I chose to sever communication. We regret ever trying to help this customer. **NOTICE** Customer supplied materials or garments are not guaranteed to work and we cannot be held responsible. But we assure that all materials and garments sold by Tee-Rex Apparel are specifically designed for customization and decorating and fall under our satisfaction guarantee.

Very disappointed with the owner of this company - Jimmy. We entered into an agreement that he would help me with my printing project. It would be an initial research and development effort - of which he agreed. After the first run, we identified what we need to work on - he needed to use a different ink and heat dry technique (all was good). The next order, a small order, I brought him all the pre-cut fabric to make it easier for printing. He mad a mistake of printing on the wrong side of one item and I realized that during the heat drying, it shrank the fabric a little. When I called him to drop off new material so we could do this again, he would not answer the phone nor would he return my calls. On the third try, I was able to get Cezar on the phone and he said that they did not want to work on this project anymore. The owner did not have it in him to talk to me directly. This is not a good place to do business if you want something other than a print on a t-shirt.

Jimmy was amazing to work with, he went above and beyond to get our banner printed on the same day-- no hassle. In addition he is a wonderful resource to the Spring Hill community. Tee-Rex has definitely earned our business!!!
