I have been using this company for several years. Never lost a single parcel like with postal service or other couriers that we no longer use. Originally introduced to this company by my overseas customers who continuously use AUSFF for their international freight. As long as you follow the rules, dont put illegal or prohibit items in the parcels, declare it correctly, it gets to the destination. With this guys if you call, a person answer and talks to you, try that with another courier!
