In general we find a retail price online and take off anywhere from 40-50% of that price depending on the product. Some of our products have been damage, some of then have never been opened. Everything from 3-phase air compressors to toilet paper.

I did not go to the metals supply departments only the merchandise areas. They are only Grainger rejection and damaged products. To give you a price on something they look it up in the Grainger catalog and give you a percentage off no matter the damage. Just a dealer in high-priced junk.

As of 2020 our going rate for hot rolled steel that we consider scrap is $0.65 per lb. If what you say is true then it does sound like there may have been a mistake that we would be glad to fix.

They overcharge for steel scraps. Got 38 lbs and they charged $64. There are a lot better places to go for steel. I will not return.

Man really wanted to go through this company but. Constantly messing up orders and when they do get something right. The aluminum square tubing is all twisted up. Will be goin to another steel supplier. Wish I could share photos on here
