I can assure you I have never experienced such poor service like JEA, random power outages constantly. And double, triple charging on bills. By the sounds of it and all these reviews, they NEED to be investigated and sued.

I have been a on time paying custmer with JEA since 2006. I turned off my service for 8 months while I'm living with family, I called to get new service... they hit me with a new service DOWNPAYMENT. All the so called JEA credit I've built means NOTHING. RIP OFF. LOYALITY MEANS NOTHING. No other service would do this to loyal customers in good standing. Wish we had FPL!
