Great salon for blondes! Perfect highlights. The stylist blended the micro-highlights with my greys to minimize visible regrowth. Already have my next appointment booked. And the customer service is amazing! They really care about making sure the client leaves happy. A stylist (who is no longer at the salon) didn't fully explain the keratin treatment when booking my appointment, so when I arrived for the appointment and the service was fully explained, I realized it was not for me and cancelled. Miscommunications happen and I left with no hard feelings. Ariel from the salon called me 10 minutes after I left to apologize and offer to make it right. There was nothing to make right because it was just a miscommunication, but it was so unexpected and nice to receive the call and to know how much they care about customer satisfaction. I was already planning on coming back, but now they've made a life-long customer.
