Got a bob haircut here that had to get corrected by another salon. I think my stylist was tired or overworked and just lost sight of paying attention to detail, which is important with a blunt bob. She was super sweet though.

Ive been going to Brittany for the past 7 years. Her dedication and service has me loyal to her business. She opened Palms and she has made this her tribe with some amazing talented people. Today I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Gigi, probably one of the most sweetest kindest person Ive ever connected with. My hair was in desperate need of some TLC and I left the salon feeling like a brand new person. I spent the last 6.5 hours with this doll and she treated me so kind from the minute I walked into the salon. Gigi took her time, asked me questions and updated me throughout the entire process. Great salon for blondes! Perfect highlights. The stylist blended the micro-highlights with my greys to minimize visible regrowth. Already have my next appointment booked. And the customer service is amazing! They really care about making sure the client leaves happy. A stylist (who is no longer at the salon) didn't fully explain the keratin treatment when booking my appointment, so when I arrived for the appointment and the service was fully explained, I realized it was not for me and cancelled. Miscommunications happen and I left with no hard feelings. Ariel from the salon called me 10 minutes after I left to apologize and offer to make it right. There was nothing to make right because it was just a miscommunication, but it was so unexpected and nice to receive the call and to know how much they care about customer satisfaction. I was already planning on coming back, but now they've made a life-long customer.
