Fees! After a year, when I renewed, the pet fee increased by $5 ($20/mo) and so did the non optional valet trash ($30/mo). Washer and dryers are $45/mo and also, non optional. The staff has been patient with my many questions about the numerous fees that accompany regular rent.

I feel like they was very helpful at first but in the end communication was lacked because to many people was telling me differently about my application. My application was closed out instantly. Beautiful apartments but I believe they assume who can and cant afford this place. Communication is definitely a fail when applying

I toured the west end and was so pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it is. It is peaceful and clean. I was also greeted and assisted by Chelyn was so helpful and kind. She went out of her way to give me all the details so I could understand them clearly. She has great customer service and had a huge smile on her face the entire time. She made me feel as if I was with family. You guys have a wonderful staff member here! Thank you so much Chelyn for all your hard work and help!
