Petland told me the dog I bought was born 6/22/2020 and come to find out the dog was born 9/23/2019. Almost 9 months earlier. This store is falsely advertising the sale of puppies. By the time I actually purchased my animal he technically was in the beginning stages of his adulthood. This explains the numerous amount of unbreakable behaviors, I have spent so much money on training that hasnt touched the bad habits. Not only is this store lying to their customers but the health of the animals Is overall be looked. I am currently dealing with this issue now and demand something to be done. DO NOT BUY FROM PETLAND! THEY FALSELY ADERVTISE ANIMALS SND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS.

The puppies were exceptionally cute but severely overpriced, in my opinion, even for all that was included in the 1st year. The customer service I received from a female associate with dark hair was superior (I wish I remembered her name). She was patient, kind, very informative & she almost sold me on a rabbit when I came in for a puppy. I'll be back.
