Im paying way too much money for services that dont even work. Customer service was not helpful which is disappointing. When trying to change plans with them I was told Id be charged a penalty fee of $295 dollars , which is ridiculous seeing as I was not trying to cancel, just switch plans. The woman on the customer service line took a very condescending tone with me. Horrible service and I will be paying the cancellation fee to get service that actually works from AT&T. Dont waste your time or money.
