Tried to request something and the guy behind the counter just started shouting he couldnt do before hearing my project. Literally started raising his voice before I could even show him my design. So unprofessional and off putting. Horrible way to run a business. Very rude

Fulfilling orders may take longer than you expect. Service is mediocre. No matter how you cut it, certain businesses just don't provide good quality customer service. Ego, selfishness, and lack of customer satisfaction is never a business trait or characteristic trait that your customers should have to experience.
