Hello Going Places, This is very confusing for us to understand because we have at least one model of every kayak we carry on display in our showroom, and we only pull from the warehouse to restock or get a specific color thats not on our showroom floor. Did you actually stop by and visit one of our dealerships? The only time we require to take an order is when a customer wants a special order from one of our suppliers. Looking to buy a kayak. Contacted the Ft.Lauderdale location and the N. Palm Beach location. Both locations share a common warehouse which is in Ft. Lauderdale. In order for them to show a kayak they have to take an order. They really push for it too. I don't know this company from Adam, but, I sure as heck find this to be very fishy (no pun intended).

Customer service was great! Eric was very knowledgeable and very attentive. He answered all our questions with great patience and i had alot of questions! He offered different choices to what we came to buy. He took the time to show us (in detail) how to use what we purchased. Eric showed us a better, safer, and smarter option for our family.
