Do not contract with this company. They are not local they are brokers from Utah and they take your money and hope to find a local company to do the job. When they cant find someone they cancel the contract with little or no notice. I contracted with their service was promised a delivery date and they took my payment. I had the contractor here ready to start the demolition on my project and an email at 9:30am saying they couldnt fulfill my contract. I now have a front yard full of construction debris and scrambling to find a local dumpster company. Use local, this company is a scam dont get left with a yard full of trash

Had a great experience renting from roll-off dumpster direct! I called a number of places prior to booking with them, and found that they had very good value, I.e. I could get upto 3 weeks for a single flat fee, as opposed to having to book weekly for a higher price. Additionally, their customer svc was very friendly and easy to speak with over the phone, but they also provided email options as well. All and all I thought the experience was relatively seemless. Plus you can provide notes on timing, arrival, location, etc. which gives you piece of mind!

I rented a 22 foot roll off dumpster for1 week initially. They dropped the dumpster when they said they would and made sure they did not block sidewalk. I changed the pickup date twice due to needing more time and they were just great pushing back pick up date. Should I need another roll off I will continue to go here for my needs.

Was in the process of preparing to sell our home and thought it was a good opportunity to do some spring cleaning, get rid of items we no longer needed and get some landscaping done. Having the dumpster vs making trips to the dump was a no brainer. They brought it on time and made things simple. Would use in again

Incompetent. Dont use for business purposes. Especially if you have a schedule to stick to. They work on their own time, and the manager was the most rude and incompetent woman Ive ever spoken to. Employees and manager act like answering their phone is doing me a favor . Not sure how why these people dont just stay home. Entitled to other peoples money.
