This company has caused me anxiety and unnecessary stress. I purchased a car from them, days later, car got a check engine light and low oil light. I did their 7 day buyback program but still registered the vehicle to me. Did not send me the plates to surrender them. Now dmv is going to suspend my license unless Vroom gives me paperwork that they have possession of the vehicle. Been three weeks since a supervisor will get back to me in 24-48 hours

Bought a used 2019 hyundai santa fe sel plus. It showed up with gas door missing and they wouldn't take the shops repair bill. So I had to pay to get it replaced. The vehicle smelled like a blunt had been smoked in it. And they didn't clean the car well.

Run away! Worst experience ever and still going through the motions. So my problem is the same as a lot of people. I purchased my vehicle from Vroom almost TWO YEARS AGO. Since then, however I have not received my registration, tags, and plates from Vroom. It has been illegal for me to use said vehicle because they have FAILED to give me new temp tags. I have made weekly phone calls and reached out via email to no resolve. STAY AWAY. Had to get a lawyer. Run dont walk!

Wow. No wonder there are so many terrible reviews. What an unbelievably shady company. The company cant even provide an app that functions properly when someone is attempting to purchase a $50k+ vehicle with full payment. When their employee called to follow up on my questions, the number gives a spam alert. Felt like I was being phished. The employee pushed for me to wire money rather than use a payment method with built in consumer protection. Felt like I was being fleeced so I insisted on using something like an ACH or Plaid so I at least have some reversal protection. Yet the Vroom pay button for online transactions doesnt function, so the employee says that means I have to wire the payment.. to which I am more and more uncomfortable. Next, I receive an email that my iCloud account that warned it couldnt be verified as from Vroom, which again provided wiring instructions. The whole thing felt like a shakedown. The purchase agreement Vroom generated didnt even have the right name on it. When I asked for my deposit back, I received no response. Very shady company.

Very poor customer service. Car arrived late, getting tags was late. No car mats, bad brakes, front end shook and bounced when driving, had sticky glue on the door, only had one key fob which is I had to make a payment on the car and I had only had it for two days. Car had mechanical issues but the kicker is if you want to send it back it will cost you another shipping fee. I ended up trading in the car after only having it for two months. I will never consider buying from them again.
