Ismail made a couple hats for my detailing company. I did not buy the hats beforehand so I had him order the blank black hats for me. He had a million different options I could choose from which is great, but I knew I wanted new era snap-backs which he was able to get. When I went to pick them up they looked amazing. But i'm an idiot and the logo file I initially sent him was missing the apostrophe in my company name. I told him about my mistake and he fixed it no problem. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Vancouver custom embroidery and will be going back to get jackets made at the end of summer.

First let me say I called a few places to see if they could embroider a golf bag, was getting told "no". I expanded my search and call Vancouver Embroidery expecting to hear "no" and they said YES! I paused and asked again, to make sure and it was still YES! I walked in with the whole golf bag, and Ismail had a smile, and then took the section off that we were putting the embroidery on and I kept the rest of the bag! I knew right then, this was the RIGHT PLACE to be! This was a rush order with a very custom desgin, Vancouver Embroidery did an OUTSTANDING JOB! Turned out even better than we thought. Highly recommend them! Thank you Ismail you are the BEST!!

He knows his software very well! Had the mock-up ready in about 90 seconds, and his turn around time for quick job was the fastest compared to other quotes. Faster than HE EVEN promised, too
