Awful product and service. I have purchased Wahl 14 in 1 Body Groomer and Hair Clipper Kit 9855-2417X 554/7317 and I am not recommending it to anyone. I bought it for my husband, after using it only twice it is broken. I called the company, first the telephone was ringing, but no one answered. After that the line was busy, I was trying hard to reach in vain; Don't recommend this brand, avoid it!!!

I ordered and paid for a hair clipper on 30/11/20. I phoned on 7/12/20, and was told it had been despatched to Royal Mail. Today, 11/12/20 Royal Mail say they still havent received it from Wahl. It was good to be able to speak to a customer service person, who gave me the tracking number, but its very disappointing that the goods havent been despatched yet.
