I have over 20 years experience training in all sorts of different gyms and competing in different aspects of fitness or martial arts. Train hard is by far my favorite fitness gym I've ever been at. It's 24 hours which is amazing and the select few who train after hours all have the same mindset and mentality as you do so it makes it a healthy environment to progress. The equipment is great-from the brand new arsenal strength to hammer strength to the classic machines i seen my dad use in the early 90s at champions fitness, they have it all. The gym is super clean, bathrooms and showers included. The owner/operator frequents the gym during the day and trains. Additionally Jason was more than happy to come over and converse with his members which speaks volumes about the culture and values he is trying to embody at the gym. Anytime something is ripped or damaged, it's immediately replaced and if equipment is removed for something else and you prefer it to be returned, management was willing to accommodate and bring it back. I can't say enough about this gym. The supplement cage is great and has all the best and popular product lines including axe and sledge and isopure. The prices are cheaper than gnc and comparable to Amazon. The smoothies they make up front are delicious and great for their caloric content. I left aspen, blink, powerhouse and anytime fitness to exclusively train here and I can't recommend it enough to anyone else looking for a gym that is for serious lifters or fitness enthusiasts but don't want the atmosphere of certain other gyms that have a more select demographic. The only downside is it's a little crammed during the day because of all the various equipment but if that's your worst complaint at a gym then I would say you're doing pretty damn good. Plain and simple, train here, 'nuff said.
