The customer service, timeliness, organization, and urgency could not be worse. Most disheveled and unapologetic business I've ever encountered. You can expect good work, if you can tolerate it not being ready anywhere near the expectation without even an apology when its missed by months and months and months. These are not-one offs and instead standard business for them. You can expect to be lied to about status, progress, and delays. Every excuse in the book. You can expect orders behind yours to be filled while you wait. They will verbally tell you that yours are delayed because "another big order came in". The owners like to hide in the back and let the front staff take the brunt of complaints, and never come out. While you are lied to some more. Do not recommend. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. I'd give zero stars if it were an option.
Currently having bowling jerseys made for my team, will update review when I get the jerseys. What made me want to write a review early was the great service I received. The moment I walked into the door I was greeted and offered assistance. I've never been there before and the staff helped me get exactly what I wanted. I'm super excited to see the finished product!
I was very unhappy with my experience and will never go back there again. I ordered a customized t shirt on February 15th, 2020 and was told that it would take 2-3 weeks to get the shirt done. I went up to the store after the 3 weeks went by and asked if the shirt was ready yet and they told me no. About 2 weeks after that Covid 19 came around causing stores to shut down so i wasn't worried about the shirt because i knew of the circumstances. Once we were done with quarantined and things started opening back up I called and he told me that it wasn't ready yet but all it was missing was the rhinestones and that it should be done by the end of the week. I was continuously told that for 2 weeks and when i finally looked at my receipt i realized that i ordered my shirt almost a month before the quarantine even happened in Ohio. I tried not to get upset but what made me mad was that he kept saying that my shirt was ordered a week before the quarantine and that was the reason why my shirt wasn't finished. I continued to call and finally when i called i talked to the man and he said that i didn't have to keep calling because it was going to get done and when it was done they would call me. I didn't bother them for about a week and a half until i went to the store and talked to a young girl at the counter and asked if i could see the shirt because i was just going to buy it as it was and get the difference of the money that i had already paid for the shirt. Keep in mind i had already paid for the shirt because he made me which i didn't mind doing because i figured that this is how they did their business, but i din't appreciate that i was hearing of people who ordered stuff after me and still got it before me. I would have been very understanding if he had just told me the truth and had a better and HONEST time of when i would be receiving my purchase. When the girl went back to get the shirt she came back empty handed and told me that the shirt that was said to be ALMOST FINISHED had NOTHING on it. After i heard that i just kindly asked to get my money back which they willingly gave it to me but what was really disappointing was that the entire time that i was in the store talking to this young lady, the man or his wife that owns the store wouldn't come from out the back to even say anything or apologize to me for all the trouble that i went through. I will never tell any more people to go there because the fact that he couldn't own up to his mistake is just horrible. I hope the best for them and their business but I hope they become more well organized and business like.
