The worst customer service Ive ever received. The team are unhelpful, extremely rude and just read off T&Cs. And be careful of the 20 admin they charge! Wouldnt recommend purchasing items from them - avoid if possible.

Have been a long customer of theirs (since 2009ish), but recently their customer service has become awful. Bought a digital item which was advertised as 'Instant Delivery' - they still haven't sent it to me and somehow there is no paper trail of such an order, neither on my account nor email, though it definitely showed on my bank statement (sent them receipts). Their CS are claiming that all digital items are non-refundable, spouting T&Cs and something about a code server being down even though it never mentioned this on their website. Money lost, and nothing I can do to get it back it seems. Beware using them!

bought fifa points for incorrect game by mistake and they have made it impossible for me to reach them as they just ignored my ticket completely,. Once upon a time they were good value and good customer service, now, this is simply not the case. Review will be left happily at 1 star until i am refunded or given fifa points for correct game (22)

Really stay away better off going Asda or argos customer service is a disgrace rude unprofessional pass you around with no answers support tickets unanswered even after a week cowboy company wish I read more reviews on other review sites not trustpilot as they delete negative reviews

Waste of time Cancelled order without any notice They also charge you 'admin fee' for cancellation. None of the retailers in UK do such a thing. Scam
