Amazing experience! Brad and Allie were wonderful and made sure we got everything we were looking for. I was looking for a 2022 Camry and wanted specific features which were difficult to find because of the current market. We tried other dealerships but it didn't work out because they weren't transparent. We came across a car with almost all the features I was looking for and contacted Toyota of Erie. Even though the car was no longer available, Brad provided information about other cars scheduled to come in a few weeks. He worked with us until we found the exact car I wanted. He provided updates throughout the process and from the minute we arrived until we left with my new car, Brad and Allie made the experience seamless! We drove 7+ hours and it was so worth it! Even after the purchase was complete, I received everything necessary to register the car within a few days and Brad continuously worked with me to ensure the DMV had everything they needed to register the car. Best dealership experience I've ever had, you won't regret it!

They offered me $6k below blue book for my trade in and wanted me to pay $5k above MSRP for new vehicle. Do people actually buy cars from these clowns? I feel sorry for anyone who does business with them.

First experience using Toyota and I can say I will not be dealing with them for anymore insurance claims in the future. Claim ended so I went to pick up my vehicle and it was still torn apart with pieces carelessly left in the cargo area and was then told "oh we didn't know because so and so is off today" if you know a claim is done why not put pieces back together so it's ready for pick up? Kind of common sense but not happy with the lack of communication and carelessness shown.
