I love the Titan book club. Although I am (ahem) older I love reading the books they send especially since I would have never found these books on my own. They have a great customer service and are very flexible in shipping books to my vacation address. These books are not just for kids but the kid at heart like me.

My mom got a gift subscription for my daughter and one for my son. I was able to sign up my daughter, no problem. But when I went to redeem the link for my son - the site tries to force me to add a credit card payment. This is a "gift" and I do not want to add any payment. I have emailed and called multiple times and received no help other than, "you have to add a payment method" or "oh, that is something that I can't do, it's a "backend" thing." I was also told that this kind of thing has been happening to others but I am still waiting on a solution.

We have been subscribing to Literati for a year now and absolutely love the quality and variety of books were recieving. We recently had a shipment stolen off our porch. I was fully prepared to just pay for the books and not get any this month, but Literati reshipped the package and did not charge me for the stolen books. I was surprised and pleased with this policy and would recommend this subscription to anyone looking to enrich their child's shelves!
