My mom got a gift subscription for my daughter and one for my son. I was able to sign up my daughter, no problem. But when I went to redeem the link for my son - the site tries to force me to add a credit card payment. This is a "gift" and I do not want to add any payment. I have emailed and called multiple times and received no help other than, "you have to add a payment method" or "oh, that is something that I can't do, it's a "backend" thing." I was also told that this kind of thing has been happening to others but I am still waiting on a solution.

Not that great for babies. Most of the books were not simple/basic enough. I found myself wanting more realistic/Montessori kind of style books. Most babies according to the things I read dont really develop their imagination until their 18 mos and even if they do earlier they still need to know more of the basics of life first, I mean its called basics for a reason. Just too much for my baby to grasp, even the simpler ones they had.
Love Literati. It is such an enjoyable experience for not just the kids but the entire family. These are carefully curated books that provide nourishment for the minds and souls. Many, if not all, that are visually stunning with plenty of detail that go beyond just telling the story.

What a terrible customer experience we've been through. We are even considering suing them. When cancelling our subscription this company provides you an email address that isn't correct (we took a screenshot). I kept chasing and chasing and no one replied. I managed to find another email address and they finally replied. I explained the cancellation page on their website gave me a wrong email address and yet, despite my emails they sent us a box we do not want to accept. As a result, they stated they did everything right and we did things wrong and they won't refund. How unfair... We followed their instructions to cancel and cancelled on time but yet...We are talking about $10 but most importantly, I hate being lied to. We are considering opening a case against them as it is possible given the quality of the answers provided, that we're not the only one.
