Nada profesionales nomas te hacer perder e tiempo y sabiendo que no te pueden ayudar siguen con el caso hasta que se pasa el tiempo cuando ya no puedes hacer nada primero te dicen una cosa y luego la cambian cuando hablas con la persona asignada a tu caso en vez de ayudarte te da consejos para que te cambies de aseguranza pareciera que trabajan para tu aseguranza y no para ti la sra. Se llama MERCEDES no se lo recomiendo a nadie ni aunque fuera el unico

Horrible service I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM. We were injured and they still had us driving around to collect information. When trying to get in contact with who is handling our case, we are ignored and are immediately sent to voice-mail (which btw is full so cannot leave one). Stay away from them
