Delta uses this company. After spending 9 hours CMH they would not respond to our Capt and replace a pin. A 5 min job. Delta should replace this vendor. Their service is terrible.

The FBO was awesome. Great facilities. Great line crew. BUT the front desk lady (blonde/grey) on 3/18 was the absolute rudest person I've came in contact with at any FBO. Maybe she was having a bad day? I can only hope she treats the passengers better than the pilots. Not a place we will return to if she is the "face" of this FBO.
I recently took delivery of an F33a Bonanza from Lane Aviation. I cant say anything but excellent things about the hospitality of Brad Willette and his associates at this 5 star FBO. I flew out a few weeks prior to look at this aircraft which by far exceeded my expectations. I was given a tour of Columbus and the facilities at Lane Aviation. When I flew in last Friday to take delivery of the aircraft I was picked up at the terminal and brought over to my new aircraft that was waiting with full fuel, a carpet, and some gourmet sandwiches. This was probably the best day of my life aside from my wedding day. I flew my new mistress home with a short notice friend of Lane Aviation who took 2 days out of his schedule to make a flight back to KPSM. Fabulous people. Highly recommend.

Over a period of several years I had aircraft transactions in which Lane was involved. The experience in dealing with Lane was well beyond any other group or operation in my aircraft experience. Their word is their bond. They stood behind all their work and did it with a level of skill that was excellent. They are capable of handling all aspects of aircraft activity. Lousy and indifferent service. Rules change every time we use this fbo, no more going to signature where they realize how the bills are paid, by the customers
