Called to make an appointment about a historic home that I wish to renovate and made the appointment for the following day, told me Shai would be the person that would come to take a look at the home and to give me an estimate around 6:30-7pm, I waited for him and he was a no show , no call, it was a waste of my time. I'm very disappointed because from all the reviews I've read about this company I was expecting a little more professionalism. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Just wanted to share my experience.

Excellent experience using Topaz for a partial kitchen remodel/renovation and a home addition (extra bedroom) for my Culver City property. Pricing was inline with what I was expecting, and no surprises on the final invoice lol. The kitchen remodel was cool - they used a 3d mockup to show me what to expect, and the finished kitchen looked just like it. Thanks again guys, very nice experience working with you. 10/10 would use again and certainly recommend.

I had the stucco and the roof of my house done and I cannot get over how professional and kind these people were, with that being said the work that was done looks GREAT! You can tell these people are very passionate about what they do through their work, they are all about quality. They showed up promptly on time and answered every question I had without getting upset that I was asking so many questions. I will definitely contacting them again for my kitchen, no hesitations! I have been looking forward to upgrading my kitchen and was got a recommendation from a friend of mine to work with Topaz, as soon as i sat down with Avi and his assistant i loved them. They were so friendly, gave me true numbers and time frame and stayed true to it all. They did a clean quick job and now i have a gorgeous new kitchen. I have gotten so many compliments so far from Family and friends and will be using Topaz for my next few upgrades in the house.

I really enjoyed working with Topaz Construction and Development. Their prices are reasonable and they did a very good job fixing the roof of my parents home. They are very professional and quick to get their work done. I highly recommend them!!!
