The rent is getting more expensive and the place is getting worse ! Two bedroom apartment $2,075.00! For this ! Staircase is filthy and smells horrible . It seems like they are just letting anyone move in. Its getting louder outside . And this is your main pool area ! The staff is really nice and polite both new and old management but this place is getting out of hand for what they are charging . There was a physical fight in the main pool area two weeks ago where at the time there where a lot of children near by the ones who fought werent even residence!! At this point might as well move to the hood !

Ive been living here for about two years now . Everyone here seems so nice and helpful. Today I want to shout out Mr.Julius he really does a great job on cleaning and disinfecting the stair wells . The products he uses smell wonderful and he takes his time to scrub each step and handrail . Today I was struggling to carry a big heavy box up the stairs and he stopped to help me get the box safely up the stairs so I could rush to pick up my children. MrJulius is always so happy to do his job and its amazing the company focuses on having quality workers. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE !!!!!!

ive been trying to contact them for weeks and have just given up now. they absolutely never answer the phone. i inquired via email and asked to recieve a call and got a response back saying to call them.... i replied to the email that i have been calling and never get an answer and still never heard anything back. if there occupancy is down im sure this is why. there office staff is nonresponsive i can imagine the treatment the residents recieve.

I have been living at this location for almost two years now. I can say over the years the residents have been declining in cleaning up after themselves. However, after having Julius here I can say I always see him putting in an effort and cleaning up everyone's mess here, not only is he cleaning up after people who are capable of doing it he is doing it with a smile and a cheery disposition. I would have to say if he was not here I am certain that the premises would be very dirty. I hope to never lose him at this location he is MUCH NEEDED!
