This dealership had me drive 3.5 hours to see a used car they told me was in excellent condition. I asked several times and told them to send pictures of any issues. They sent me a single image of a small scratch on the bumper. After a very long drive down to Alpharetta, the car had two cracks in the windshield, half the molding torn out of the top, nicks and scratches all over, the seats were damaged and the door handles didn't work. They then tried to sell me another used car instead (bait and switch I guess). The manager even stated in a final F.U. to me that he would just sell the car at auction rather than help with major repairs. Had to drive another 3.5 hours back home.

The team did an amazing job. Chris the sales rep, was very knowledgeable and Brandon, the Sales Manager did everything he could to make this deal happen. Today's car buying experience is horrible with inventory issues but Brandon and the team at United made magic happen. I am thrilled by my experience and cannot say enough good things about this team. I'll be recommending United and this team to anyone in the market.

Great Experience! Its amazing how customer service is different between dealerships. United definitely left me feeling like I was part of a family, hospitality and respect for my time. My sales associate was very knowledgeable, willing to help, and provide great respectful service. I would definitely buy from United BMW again! Thanks to all, including the barista, for making this a memorable 1st experience!

I had a 5 star experience at United BMW. My salesperson, Patrick McPherson, was incredible. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, communicated with me in a timely fashion, and followed through on everything. The finance manager was also wonderful and helped create the perfect end to my experience.

Kelsey was a phenomenal help in my process of locating and buying a 2020 BMW Z4. The process was easy, I never felt like I was trying to be taken advantage of. Best car dealership experience Ive had so far.
