Steve, as we had spoken on the phone, we had to decline the job due to the safety of our guys. We were asked to bring a large piece of equipment down the stairs and once we saw the situation, we had to decline the job prior to payment being exchanged. We apologize for the inconvenience but when it comes to not only the safety of the home and more importantly our employees, we needed to pass on this job

Alex, thank you for your honesty regarding our inventory. We are working diligently to have inventory but due to the increase in demand, it is difficult to accommodate each customers request for equipment. We can assure you that our hex bars are always brand new. Although we would like to provide the highest level of equipment, sometimes products from our distributors do vary in aesthetics. We are hopeful that the welded steel continues to provide the overall outcome that a hex bar needs, and continues to be safe. Some companies choose to powder coat while others have a separate method to provide the black oxide color that your hex bar has.

The stock has a very minimal selection of weights with only 25 and 35 pounds sold. Also, I bought a "new" hex bar and within 2 days the paint is almost entirely off. it looks as though they painted a black coat on a rusted bar and sold it. I recommend trying your luck somewhere else first.

Friendly staff and great prices for individual weights. However, most of their used equipment, they try and sell as if its new for retail pricing. After I visited, I bought brand new home gym equipment online for the same price or cheaper than their equipment.
