The air conditioner unit in the attic had a malfunction and began leaking in an unused bedroom, directly over the bed. The blankets and mattress absorbed the water so we didnt know about the leak until we needed a blanket. We immediately called Servpro North Niagara County and Chris the owner had 3 guys at our house within an hour and they brought all sorts of machines. First they moved all the furniture out, then they covered the floor with plastic. Jay inspected the ceiling and walls and carefully cut out the damaged portion and stuffed it in a big contractor bag along with the wet insulation. they had a little machine that measured moisture in the walls to be sure that everything was properly removed. They set up all the machines to dry the area and came back to the house frequently to check. They were great! They were very professional and easy to work with. I cant speak more highly of the support that came along with the service; when u have a disaster, such as a house fire, you dont even know where to start. Servpro went above and beyond to make sure every aspect was taken care of they were organized, kind & professional and took the worry out of the work. They accommodated my schedule and handled my possessions with care. They were empathetic to my situation and, in kind, went above & beyond to help with all my needs, even things that went beyond the scope of the job. They worked around the clock, including weekends & holidays and gave me almost daily updates on status of the job. At a time in my life when I was at a complete loss, they were saviors. I highly recommend this company.

We spoke to Chris multiple times about a smoke smell lingering in a rental property. He advised us and came out the same day to take a look. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. We will definitely be using his services when needed.

Trying to work with this company has been a headache. First appointment to get an estimate they never showed. Two hours after my four hour time frame they rescheduled. Next appointment (July 30th) they didn't come during my time frame. After my four hour time frame I finally got a phone call that they were on their way. They said they didn't know about my time frame. They came, took pictures and told me I would have my quote by email the next day (that would have been a Saturday) I waited until that following Monday and called. Multiple phone calls later to the local number and to the guy that came to my house, with promises I would get it here it is august 9th and I still haven't received my quote. I do not recommend wasting time with this company.

Called the night of the flood to come and pump out my mom's basement and dry it out talked with a lady we will call you in am first thing I called three more times the next day and nobody called us back or came out will never use them every again
