Brilliant. Bought a small moveable desk that can be used to sit or stand at. Arrived 2 days later. Easiest instructions ever! Built in 20 mins and loving it. Light enough to move around the house and use the in garden. Very impressed and already recommended to a colleague!

Poor customer service on delivery and arrived half an hour later than the five minutes they said they would be when they called.

TERRIBLE. Order placed paid and not delivered. Multiple follow-ups with lies about how it will be delivered each time. After few weeks they stopped replying and when you call them they just hang up the phone. Not a single email or phone call the support reps. are introducing themselves. All goes through a shared mailbox to dilute responsibility further. Shady practices all around. So bad they even try to fake their reviews on websites. Mr Burns below claiming excellent service coincidentally works for Posturite (or ofc. it is just a name coincidence and completely different person nothing to do with Posturite, just writing a genuine review! yes...That must be it!) Not a conflict of interests at all. Makes you wonder how many of the 5 stars reviews are real. As for other review websites as feefo, they are curating the reviews and publishing only the positive ones unless you go directly through feefo and ask to write a review explicitly. Stay away from this company
