I made a better pizza on a lunchable packet then I got here. Not to mention, my waitress didnt even get me my second beer until I was ready for the tab. Im pretty much done with this place. I went quite a few times because of the proximity of the place, but the service that I was welcomed with BLAH! Im over it. The pizza honestly isnt even that bad. The fact that its not too expensive helps, but the service that I receive time and time again is blasphemous. I think the set up and the vibe has tons of potential, we just need some new bodies in there. If you want, you can pay me and Ill be a recruiter for your company and help build it to be the best damn brewery in the Midwest! Let me know if you need help, until then, Ill be non-existent here.
What app did you use? Our building was devastated by Saturdays storms and I thought I had turned everything off. We are closed until the foreseeable future until we can repair and rebuild. Sorry for your inconvenience. Also the only verified food ordering app we use is Loco but I know our menu has been put on other delivery apps without our authorization.

Dont have your restaurant available to order on apps, if you apparently wont go through with orders. I got a call, telling me the restaurant was closed, informed the person that called me that the restaurant says it was open until later, they called the restaurant again, and they said they were open all of the sudden and would proceed with my order, and then 10 minutes later, cancelled the order. That makes zero sense.
Great place! The beer is phenomenal. I had the saison and an imperial stout. So good. I also had a stuffed pretzel and salad and those were very tasty too. I highly recommend this place.
Cool space and interesting beers. This was my second time visiting. The first time was A+! This time, though, I felt unwelcome by our server. We were a group of 4 adults with a couple kids, and we were scolded several times for slightly encroaching on a neighboring (empty) table. Example: when taking my drink order, it was closer for me to borrow the menu at the next table than to reach across our table. Our server did not like that, and told me that this table would be filling soon and I had to stay in my own space. I thought that was bizarre, since the place was maybe one-third full at this point, and I certainly wouldn't have grabbed a menu from an occupied table, and I returned it to its spot! But, I shrugged it off. However, he came back 2 more times to warn us about the impending occupation of the neighboring table! It was so strange. One of the kids had slid over on the bench that the two tables shared so that she was briefly slightly in that table's "territory." Before I could pull her out, there was our server admonishing us again. He also seemed just generally annoyed by the presence of our children, and curtly told us to go get our own water when we ordered it for the kids (along with our food and beer orders--we weren't JUST ordering water). Eventually a different server started helping us (apparently the first one couldn't bear us another minute); she was extremely nice. But, we felt unable to truly enjoy ourselves, since we were afraid we were going to be scolded at any moment. Based on my previous visit, I was under the impression that families were welcome here--there are high chairs available as well as a good selection of kids puzzles and toys. That was a main reason we chose Vis Major to bring our out of town friends here to visit. But based on this experience, I definitely wouldn't return with kids. I am all for kid-free establishments if that is the vibe you are going for, but I felt like I got mixed messages. If you don't want families in a space, why have toys available? Maybe it is just the one server, but I feel like we made a mistake by visiting with our family. Oh, and that neighboring table was STILL empty when we left...
