Ewi Thank you for taking the time to post this and I am sorry to read your comments and obviously on this occasion we dropped the ball. I was there yesterday and helping out in the showroom as we are like a lot of business currently short of staff due to long term illness and staff training hence, I was unable to help you as I am not product trained, and Martin was trying to finish with his previous customer and Rob the Manager also had an appointment for one of the team who is off sick. No excuse and being kept waiting is disappointing, but compared to an airport currently we kept the wait time down to a minimum and maybe Martin coming straight off the back from one customer you didn't get the best of him. I am more than happy to arrange another meeting with another member of the team, however if you don't wish to do this, I wish you good luck in search for a new car. What a waste of time. After half an hour waiting guy wasnt interested to show anything. Very disappointing. 0 customer service, 0 manners. If someone wants to buy car for 30k you should at least show what you have.
