Hung around outside looking at cars for a good half an hour and nobody bothered to come out so went to another dealer

Wonderful service from the team. Fitted me in to repair car despite being fully booked as I had a family funeral to attend next week. Also negotiated repair under warranty as it had just expired. Made my day!
I was fleeced by SMC - please avoid. I purchased a car in 2016 on a 15k mileage contract plan. I also purchased a 3 year service plan at the same time from salesperson Peter Hobson. When taking my car in for service at the end of year 2, I was told that the small print max mileage on the plan was 30k, so essentially I was only entitled to one service on the 3 year plan. Kyle was particularly unhelpful, and almost gloatingly attempted to hold me to ransom for 299 for a service!
