Mary, I am not sure if all the details surrounding your experience. Many vendors have reduced their inventory skews and have had to discontinue many products. In addition to this, getting items shipped to warehouses is a growing national problem with supply shortages for both us and vendors. Heidi's is a very good uniform store, they have a wonderful supply of uniform and healthcare accessories. My only unfortunate experience was the lack of customer service. I loved being greeted but after that the employees seemed to want little to do with me our my retail experience.

I was there for a while shopping because I needed 4 pairs of scrubs and a jacket. Upon checking out, I noticed this blonde woman checking my purchase carefully prior to hand them over to the register staff. There was just one top on sale in my items and she question it, thinking that I had changed the tag. I was definitely profiled in this store. I am a brown person just trying to buy scrubs for the start of my job at the local hospital. I will not recommend this store! I paid for all of my items and left having a very bad experience here.
