This is not a rating for work performed. It is a rating based on the lack of follow through to my request for an estimate for siding work. The company was very responsive to my initial estimate request completed through their website. However, I never received an estimate or any follow-up from the company. After we were unable to connect within the first few days, I followed up twice, once by phone and a second time through the website. I was told my request had been assigned to someone, but I never heard another word from anyone. It was a disappointing experience.

I had a tree fall on my house and needed part of the roof, a wall and the siding replaced. I called Politz and spoke to someone in the office who promised I would get a return call. It has now been close to two weeks and I have not had a return call or email. On a scale of 1 to 10, returning a call as compared to repairing a home ought to be a 1. If they can't do that then I don't feel then can do a much more complicated job.
