I spoke Jaqwan or Jaquan who was rude and unwelcoming over the phone. I told him that he was unprofessional and his tone was off-putting. He told me that if I was going to be disrespectful I didn't have to buy a car there. That was a bit confusing to me especially since I never raised my voice or was disrespectful. I basically expressed how I felt about the communication or lack-thereof. I am a registered nurse. I work with people from all walks of life and I would never make anyone feel "less-than" because of their circumstances which is how he made me feel. That's no way to do business.
hi Davit Margaryan i'm sorry we were not able to meet you expectations.... paper work is sometime delayed and out of our hands all paper work has to be sent to the dmv in Harrisburg PA for processing and that may take 4 to 6 weeks as far as inspection we inspect all of our cars at no cost to our customers

The most irresponsible and route car dealer I have met , cars are not inspected, paperwork delayed . Wouldn't wish my enemy to buy a car drone there
After car shopping several weeks with no luck getting the particular vehicle I had in mind, I was VERY pleased with the overall customer service I received here. Not only did the owner locate the vehicle I wanted (Special Edition Maximum) out of state, along with a salemans personally drove to pick up the car & had it ready for me the next evening! The staff made me feel extremely comfortable. Joe was very professional patient and explained everything in detail. This is My new go to spot when I need a reliable, clean well taken care of vehicle. I'm very pleased and will recommend my friends to go there.
