Sent in an order based on a discussion of price. I told the agent on the phone that the most I could really pay is $750(as a max point). The agent Kim said "that should be no problem, really where it gets expensive is if the drives have fire or flood damage. That is when it gets into the thousands of dollars for the repair." I was grateful to hear that and sent my drives in. However, when given my repair cost for simple fixes the plans ranged from $1,550- to $3,500. I was blown away and pressured to finance the repair cost. I would not recommend this company unless your minimum budget is for a basic repair... $1,550- 3+weeks $1,950- 2 weeks $2,550-1 week $3,500- 3 day The figures are from my memory, I accidentally selected the $1550 to see what was all part of the $1,550, I cannot get back to the price plans after it selected that. Instead, it wants payment or financing for the plan. Very disappointing, shame on you guys for trying to get over on people.

Secure Data was able to recover everything from an old Hard Drive I had. After close to 30 years of poor storage and getting moved around quite a bit the drive would no longer mount. Luckily, SDR was able to recover it. And, Jonathan Nguyen, Data Recovery Specialist, was able to keep me posted on how the recovery was going, what the issues were , and how it was being fixed. Worked with SDRS to recover data from my 2007 iMac which stopped booting up a few years ago. Hardest part was extracting the drive but then SDRS took over and pulled the data (mostly priceless photos). There turned out to be minimal corruption on the drive and SDRS turned it around in less than a week. The costs were competitive, the lead I worked with, Mitchell, was very informative, professional, and responsive, and at the end of the day, I was able to recover parts of my past that I thought were gone forever! Nicely done.
