Photographer friends always recommend Printspace and Ive used them twice now and theyve been so brilliant - in quality and service. Most recently I had a delivery issue that was no fault of Printspace and they went to great lengths to resolve it for me - Daphne was so great, thank you Daphne! Cant recommend Printspace enough! Wouldnt go anywhere else.

As discussed at the time, hiring our scanners is a self service facility. We do not provide a scanning service where we do the scanning for you and we do not offer training on the equipment. However I do understand that you were familiar with the equipment and had used the scanner before. It depends who you are served by. In the past quality and assistance has been excellent. Today the staff member appeared unqualified, aloof and arrogant and proceeded to serve me with adismissive attitude, telling me that I should know how to use a scanner and that no one in the company is qualified to be able to use it, responding instead with sarcasm. Some customer facing training is in order.
