We had a scheduled apt. with Brad their Rep. on the 1st.. After a preliminary viewing of our roof he stated that he needed his bosses opinion to complete the roof quote due to the pitch of the roof.His boss was out of town til Tues. but would get back to us to reschedule roof quote once his boss arrived.I called Brad on 8/8 after lunch on his cell phone with number he provided. On 8/9 Fri. mid morning after not getting a call back from Brad I called the office and spoke with the receptionist and she told me she would get the message to Brad and that Brad would get back to me on Monday 8/12. I called Brad's cell on 8/15 and did get him ; he apologized stating he was very busy but knew who I was because he had our quote request at his desk on the wall at work. He again said he would get back to me the next day. I call back again on 8/17 and left another message since he had never called me back. we still have not heard back from them. Amazing this is the customer Service quality from the oldest roofing company in Fayette Co.

Chastain Roofing needed me to move my truck out the driveway so they could park there dump truck there. However, my truck was not running due to a bad alternator. So, they pushed it out the driveway. When they did, not only did they leave dents in the tailgate but they also pushed it into bushes and scratched it. When confronted, the owner Dale (aka genius) quickly denounced leaving the dents in my tailgate that were not there earlier that day. Yet, honest Dale personally did take credit for pushing it into the bushes. CONCLUSION: Reckless, incoherent and do not respect personal property. Would not recommend. They are too incompetent to even roof a play house.

Had a small ceiling leak and, on a recommendation from our Realtor, Ann Cocoles, we called Chastain. Initial customer service was prompt and professional. Brad was on time for the appointment and quickly determined the potential water leak issue. Very professional and extremely fair. I hope I don't need a roof for awhile, but when the inevitable happens, they will be the only company called.
