I came to Carcos Chula Vista location and was immediately greeted by Jimmy upon my arrival. He was very friendly and informative on the vehicles I was interested in , he answered all my questions and really went out of the way to help me make my experience a great one. He was able To get me a great deal and I drove off with the car I had been wanting for so long. Very happy with his service and will absolutely recommend family and friends to come here !
Hello Stephanie, We are very dissapointed to read about your experience, we do have a lot of great reviews because we do have a lot more great experiences with our customers rather than the negative. We have been in business for a very long time for that reason. We are open Sundays because we do have the ability to show and sell cars when we are able to obtain an approval There are representatives of the lenders that we can be able to contact to review our submissions to get a further in depth look to whether approve or deny the status. We tried to acquire financing with just your husband alone and got denied, thats why we tried having you cosign Stephanie, to increase the likelihood but based on the credit we were never able to get an approval like we all wanted. We do not aim to waste our customers time, we do everything we can to get you in one of our vehicles.
Not sure how they have good reviews. This is literally the place that you hear about bad car sales. We called on a Saturday and were told to come in Sunday. Before going in on Sunday we called again to see if the banks were open or not because we would have a baby with us and didnt want to waste our time. We were told to still go in. We get there my husband really likes the truck. We start the process and my husband is immediately denied. We add me to see if it makes it better. Now the banks are closed and he cant actually do anything. But somehow wasted at least 40 minute crunching numbers with us and he was telling us what the bank would and wouldnt accept. Now remember the banks were actually closed so the numbers provided were not real. We were understanding and left. We discussed coming back the next day to finish everything. And that Jim would call us around 10 am the next day. The next day the call never came so we called only to find out Jim is off on Mondays. We organized our whole day around finishing this. My husband took off work for it since he sold his truck and needed a new one. When we spoke to someone else they said there was nothing they could do we were just denied. My husband has been approved it just varies on the terms and if he liked it or not. It was a HUGE waste of time and I dont get the feeling they really cared. Im happy we went somewhere else. My husband is a proud owner of a beautiful Silverado and we were out within 3 hours.
