This place has a huge plumming problem, dont rent here its seems nice but once you move in you will see all the problems this building has. Go elsewhere trust me this is not the place you want to deal with, besides tentant smoke there pot out on there balcony and office does't even pick up the phone call ever you can leave messages and they never call you back. Dont move in here keep looking you find a better place than this one. The parking is a joke you car is not safe they put cameras but they dont even work, they turn off the water without any notice, the fyw noise moves your hole floor, and the place next door when they flush the bathroom i get hot boling hot water in the shower no this place has a big water problem and they dont fix it but they sure take your money everymonth.

Management needs to do more about the security in the building. Big pluming problems , water yellow old sinks and hardware in all units. They need to upgrade. They keep it clean and nice on the outside but once you live there , you will see many problems just alone plunging and the paint job

Overall, I liked living here My family and I have been living here for 3 and a half years, and I see people with their kids who have been living here for a long time. So - not so bad, right ?! As many have already written here, there are plumbing problems, but you never know where they are not. Everything is being repaired in a timely manner, the management is very loyal and can offer a discount for inconveniences. A nice area, pretty quiet. Office manager Inna - is very nice and responsible. All service specialists are very nice, responsible, and attentive.

This place has NO Security cameras. We have been robbed, not once, not twice, three times in 1 year. SO SAD!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not a bad area, WTH?????
