Very very rude customer service. Have asked twice about a quote/questions and been treated very poorly. The sample we order was defective too. This is not a place I would recommend going to.

Crystal, Samantha and Bob were all very helpful in designing our high school band's new dye sublimated shirts. I had an idea for the design, but Samantha made it look great and offered helpful ideas during revisions. Crystal answered numerous questions during the process, and when I asked if Six Six could move the production date up one day so we could be sure to have them before the first game of the season, we instead got them 6 days ahead of schedule. The finished shirts are high quality and comfortable, and the kids in the band are excited to have them. We will continue to order our shirts from Six Six Apparel in future years.

We're very sorry if there was any misunderstanding about our process. As the manufacturer we put our business name inside the hems by default. We are happy to change them when requested. This was a sample order (less than our minimum, we were trying to earn business) and we expected a back and forth process before the product was finalized. Unfortunately it never got to that point. Crystal was professional throughout the process. Charles M recommends that you find another company, however he eventually returned to Six Six for another quote.

Very rude owner Crystal. Our first order of 3 shirts were defective. Sleeve were 4 inches longer than they should have been. These were also "private label, custom, cut & sew" with our own design and they printed their domain name on our shirts! Which ruins the private label and we cannot sell them. This is NEVER done in the industry for custom cut & sew. After all of this, Crystal was completely rude about us asking for replacement shirts. Told us she would print 1 shirt and we had to return it. WHAT?? The rudeness and unfriendly culture at this company is unbelievable! I would highly recommend you find another company.
