Very very rude customer service. Have asked twice about a quote/questions and been treated very poorly. The sample we order was defective too. This is not a place I would recommend going to.
I called to ask if I could have embroidery done on some items. I was asked no questions about what the items were. Crystal told me that she would let Aaron know about it and that I could drop off the items. I dropped them off that day (Friday). On Monday, I received an email that SixSix would not embroider my clothing because they would need to remove the current stitching (they claim to be too time consuming and risked damaging my items), and that they only embroider on new, unworn and unwashed items. None of these stipulations were mentioned to me at the time that I requested the service, nor when I dropped the items off. I was only asked to please send an email with the artwork. When I expressed my dissatisfaction about this lack of communication, Crystal was extremely rude in her email responses back to me, lacking a professional tone. I wouldn't use this company again even if it were free.
Awesome experience with Six Six Apparel!!! They created a sublimation print shirt for my high school class homecoming alumni day. The process working with them was very professional. They worked on the design until it was exactly what we wanted. Our shirts had to be shipped since we are in a different state. The shirts were individually wrapped and arrived early. The customer service and response time was great! I definitely recommend this company and will definitely work with them again.

Crystal, Samantha and Bob were all very helpful in designing our high school band's new dye sublimated shirts. I had an idea for the design, but Samantha made it look great and offered helpful ideas during revisions. Crystal answered numerous questions during the process, and when I asked if Six Six could move the production date up one day so we could be sure to have them before the first game of the season, we instead got them 6 days ahead of schedule. The finished shirts are high quality and comfortable, and the kids in the band are excited to have them. We will continue to order our shirts from Six Six Apparel in future years.
Haven't actually utilized their services yet. From what I gathered they require a minimum of 6 of the same items. Still need to talk with an actual person to clarify though. I do like that their local to my area though. Will update if things change.
