I almost cut my Texting Base account off after my first message, and I'm very glad I didn't. I'm in the mortgage business. My expectations were that this would work immediately. I signed up in September and sent my first text out in October. My first text actually got me a lot of negative pushback from wrong numbers or people asking to be removed...I seriously considered bailing on the product. I cleaned out the bad responses, and scheduled Thanksgiving/Christmas and New Years texts. If Thanksgiving went anything like October, I was going to cancel my subscription. I received my first lead on Thanksgiving and a lot of positive responses from the holiday messages. By January, I had a total of 8 leads/referrals from the text marketing. What prompted me to write this review is that I have 6 more leads this month and I've already closed 3 loans and have an appraisal out on another loan. With the loans I've already closed, this was worth the time and effort to get set up. What I'm finding is that this is a patience game and not a marketing tool I'll use every day. I automate birthday's and holidays and that's all I need to do. The product is easy to use and very effective, just don't expect immediate results...it's a waiting game.

This is a creative option that really consolidates my contacts so that I can personally send messages in due time. No more marked calendars and stressing out about what day it is, automation, and ease of use for greetings, and more. A very easy to use, and simple platform for messaging on special occasions. Brilliant product for keeping in touch with customers. I reached out to all my old clients and started breathing life back into old leaves...closed my first lead around 10 days into using the product. The personalization functions are cool.
