I dont typically leave reviews, but despite the negative reviews I still decided to give the apartment complex a chance based on the most recent reviews. My first impression coming in was how welcoming the entire staff was. I can see that the property is in need of a little TLC, but after watching the team in action first hand I could immediately tell they are dedicated to make the improvements that are needed. This was also the first apartment complex that the maintenance employees even made a point to greet me! I ended up moving in and I couldnt be happier with that decision!

After living here for quite sometime i can finally say since the new manager Brittany has started there has finally been major improvements, and the new staff has been so welcoming which used to be almost a foreign language around here. Carmen is nice and great to talk too. Jen always waves at me and really listens to my concerns. Now I love stopping by the office just to even say hi!

Location is nice but units are roach infested. Management has no idea what theyre doing. Moved out two and a half months ago and I still have not received my security deposit back. They have blocked my phone number and will not respond to my emails
