I ordered tile for my entryway from Home Depot's online selection; this tile (imported from Spain) is not available in their physical stores. Some of the tile arrived damaged, and HD said they would prefer to give me a credit rather than try to replace the tile itself via the manufacturer. I thought that would be fine, as I would just order more tile with the credit -- but when I went back online (only two weeks later), the tile was "out of stock" for the next three months! I had already laid all the other tile I received and wanted to finish this job, but I could not find any of this tile anywhere in the U.S. online; all distributors said it was back-ordered for three months. Out of desperation, I called Tilebar to see if they had any remaining tiles at all. Their inventory said they were out of stock, but the very nice customer service woman I spoke to said that her inventory showed two remaining boxes somewhere in their warehouse. I needed only 12 more tiles, and the two boxes would have 16 total -- perfect! (if they indeed had them . . . ). She checked with the warehouse and called me later in the day to say that they did have the tiles. Yay!!! They were shipped out three days later via two UPS boxes, and they were very well-packaged so they all arrived in good shape. I now have enough to finish this job, with 4 "leftovers" to spare. I am very happy with my experience with TileBar.
One of the sets of tiles was never delivered. Ive been chasing daily for ten days and have only received a ticket number and a generic email that theyre checking with the warehouse. Gail from the customer service team has been unresponsive and doesnt pick up calls.

I ordered tike on Feb 22, 2022. On Feb 25th I realized that I had not received an email with a tracking #, etc. Contacted Tile bar and was told the tiles I ordered were out of stock. When I pointed out that the website doesn't state this, I was told that they actually have 3 boxes, but I needed 6 and that I would probably be getting my order in mid April. I give them a call on April 21and was told the cargo ship didn't come in yet. I call back on May 5th.The young lady puts me on hold. She returns to tell me the shipment just came in and to be expecting an email the following week. May 11(the following week) I call back just to be put on hold again and for the young lady to give me the same excuse of the shipment just coming in. When I told her I was told the exact same thing last week, she responded by saying it wasn't her that spoke to me and that the shipment just arrived and the tiles are being inspected for damage. TileBar is full of(Sugar Honey Ice Tea) This whole process has been flawed from the start. Honesty is the best policy. Too bad TileBar was dishonest from the start and continues to be dishonest. I will take my business somewhere else in the future and I highly recommend others to do the same

Nah. Not worth it. This place is annoying. Be very careful about ordering enough tiles. Its $65 flat rate for all deliveries. If you didnt count right or your contractor used more tiles than expected, then youre screwed. Delivering a single extra tile will also cost $65! I called and emailed to try to get some consideration but nothing. My mistake. Dont make the same one. Go somewhere else.

I am so frustrated. We ordered tile for our new master bathroom and two boxes came damaged and two sheets were the completely wrong kind of tile. That would have been fine and fixable, but customer service has not been responsive in the last two weeks in fixing this issue. They keep saying theyre looking into why I got the wrong tile instead of replacing the damaged and wrong tile. Now our project is delayed and we dont know when we will be able to get on our contractors schedule again. Nice tile, but would NOT recommend.
