I was quoted for a hat for a wedding, paid the quoted amount in full with the expected delivery date of 6-8 weeks. This should have been just in time for the wedding. The Friday prior to the wedding we went in to see if it had arrived. To our surprise the hat had not arrived and the associate could not tell me where the hat was. So, I bought another hat to get me through wedding. A week after the wedding a local friend of mine called to check on the hat and was told that the hat had never been ordered. At this point they put a rush on the hat and it is now sitting at the store in Heber. Again to my surprise the store manager calls my local friend letting her know that the hat has finally arrived, but there is now a $60.00 balance on the hat. So, I called and was given a number for someone with more authority. He was less than helpful and refused to honor the quoted amount. he said that the former employee was pressured into putting in the order. if that were the case the day I paid for the hat in full would have matched the order date, not been 5 days different (I have a copy of their order book). I also have it on good authority that the poor gal that took the hat order was bullied out of her job. I have not added any names to this and complaint and do not intend to, i would just like my hat for the quoted and paid amount. Hopefully this brings some awareness to their customer service short comings and they can grow from this. (I do have all documentation needed to substantiate each and every claim that was spelled out above including time stamps and location tags on pictures)
It's an ok place to get western wear. Rather disheartening when I went in I had to ask 1 of the 4 girls standing by the cash register eating and talking for some help. I was the only customer in the shop.
Expensive for what you get and out of most sale items. Hard to return items here if there's a problem, even with receipt. Employees are not very nice and seeing apathetic
