I am an attorney and I have been with Direct Line for over twenty years. From my experience, their staff is very personable and professional. I have only had good experiences with them. I honestly do not know what I would do without Direct Line. In the property management business, you need someone to answer and filter those after-hours calls and the team at Direct Line does a superior job.
