Absolute disaster. Was quoted for digital printing with specific style of shirts which we provided only to later be told they can't be digitally printed and will need to be transfers which will cost more money than what we were quoted (frustrating yet understandable). We then paid for the transfers and were told we would have them back within 10 business days despite the original agreed timeline being less. After the 10 business days had passed I called to find out what was happening, only to be advised that they haven't even received the transfers yet and thus the job hasn't even started and they have no idea when they will received them. Very disappointed as we are on a schedule to get these completed for a customer and now can not meet that deadline.

Used Red Hot Designs 3 times now. Each time just a walk in. First was in October 2015 and received great service. Second was July 2016 mmmmm not so good felt like l was a time wasting nuisance. Not to worry. Thought nothing of it. Decided l needed 2 shirts for last Christmas. Walked in on Dec 14 just gone. Was ignored at first. Finally some bathroom bleached hippy woman decided no one was going to serve me and was left to her. I have NEVER been so rudely treated and spoken to!!! I felt like a complete and utter idiot. She was a disgrace all the while the owner, head in the air just left this nasty cow to it. I will NEVER EVER do the walk of shame into this dump hole ever again and am spreading the word to anyone l meet. SHAME!! ON!! YOU!!

Whilst I do believe that these guys know what they are doing, customer service is certainly not part of their repertoire. Arrogance & attitude are words that come to mind. Overall quite an unpleasant experience as such I struggle to recommend this business.
