so i dropped my prescription off on a thursday. the guy that was writing up my paper work said that they would be ready by monday. Monday comes and i call them and the RUDE guy says that they are not in the office as yet but they were ordered this was sometime after 4pm. fast forward to 6:30pm i get a call saying that they are giving me a "courtesy call" that went just like this " is this so an so, well i am just calling to tell you that we will not be making your glasses so you are free to go else where. we will be mailing you your prescription an a letter in 5 to 7 business day, BYE". all i have to say is that was just RUDE an UNPROFESSIONAL. besides i didnt need their permission to go else where.
Horrible.. DISHONEST.. and incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL!! Hands down the worst facility to visit for any eye exam. Please BEWARE of untrustworthy employees. Especially the eye doctor. Doctor mentioned she only plays doctor on tv. As she continued to be sarcastic. It hurts to be treated, as the way I was treated by them. I hope the establishment understands that without any loyalty towards their customers, they will not be able to run a business. I wish them nothing but the best .
A few weeks ago my glasses fell apart in my hands. I had gotten them from an eye doctor in new Milford who td me they were not tepsirae. I ordered a new pair and left with a promise they would be sent out by july 23rd. On the 23rd I got a call saying it would be another 3 weeks at least before I would receive them. Meanwhile I'm wearing my glasses held together with tape, and not sitting correctly on my face so I was not looking through the correct part of the lens. It was causing me all kinds of vision problems...Everyone I called said they couldn't repair them for different reasons. Then I called the Vision Shoppe. The young man that answered said - bring them in an I'll see what I can do..I pulled up in front and called him and he came out and took my broken eyewear. After about 10 minutes, he came out with my glasses heat shrunk back together. They are perfectly functional now. There was no charge for this repair. I was so happy that I could see correctly again. I would recomend the Vision Shoppe for eyewear and repairs. I think I'll switch to the Vision shop. A pleasant experience....
NEGATIVE STARS ! This place is horrible. I will never go back. Ms Alushi is so unbelievably rude. When I got there I had to call before going in. While speaking to the doctor I tried explaining that I had to bring my daughter who was NOT sick, in with me. Due to personal reasons she didn't go to school. When I tried the doctor hung up on me. I saw her at the door and mentioned I was hung up on and my daughter was with me. She gave me a horrible attitude the rest of the exam and it was the most uncomfortable unprofessional exam I have ever experienced. Immediately she responds oh great so bring your sick child here that's great. I responded with she's not sick. She cut me off and said yeah well with things getting a little better everyone just thinks they can do whatever they want. Any time I tried to speak her responses were mmhmm sure. Towards the end of the exam she said I had extremely dry eyes. She recommended drops and gel drops at night. I had told her that I wasn't a fan of how the gel felt, trying to converse with her and see if there was an alternative and her response was well just do whatever you want. Don't ever go to this place. The place is all bagged up as if all customers are disease infested zombies. she is a very rude lady who thinks she can talk down to people. Don't spend a second here. She's horrible!
