My partner and I were interested in an apartment through them. We applied and were the only applicant for a little over two weeks, but the realtor wanted stronger applicants so they strung us along. Throughout the process they would ask us for additional paperwork to prove our financial status, but then ultimately denied us for needing that additional paperwork compared to other applicants. If they didnt want us as tenants they should have specified from the beginning.

The office is full of toxic agents & staff who only care about money. Beware of * DANIELLE BING * who is absolutely crazy (!!!), rude and incompetent and made things very difficult for our RE agent. She is the worst. Steer clear of this agency altogether ---- there are MUCH BETTER people to work with.
